Welcome to Sparklineo. By accessing our website and applying for our internship programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These programs are designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry requirements.
Please note that our standard internship programs are unpaid. The primary objective of this engagement is training, skill development, and industrial exposure.
While there is no monetary compensation (stipend/salary), Sparklineo invests significant resources in your growth. In exchange for your time, we provide:
Unlike traditional training where you work on dummy data, interns at Sparklineo work on real-world problem statements. You will be assigned a mentor who will guide you through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
You are expected to participate actively in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and debugging sessions. This ensures you leave with skills that make you employable immediately after graduation.
Upon successful completion of the internship tenure, candidates will be awarded documents that validate their experience. Issuance is subject to the following conditions:
Completion of assigned projects/tasks within the deadline.
Minimum 80% attendance in virtual meetings/mentor sessions.
Adherence to the company's code of conduct.
Note: The "Experience Letter" will explicitly mention the technologies used and the specific modules developed by the intern.
All code, designs, and documentation produced during the internship are the intellectual property (IP) of Sparklineo. Interns are not permitted to share proprietary code or client data publicly on GitHub or social media without prior written consent.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment or unprofessional behavior. Sparklineo reserves the right to terminate the internship immediately in such cases.
